Delivery Announcement- First Two CB19 V.2.3 Vessels Delivered

We’re proud to announce the successful delivery of the first two vessels in the new CB19 V2.3 series – marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the evolution of our CB19 range.

This latest revision introduces a series of smart, efficiency-driven improvements aimed at refining performance, reliability, and safety – while maintaining the proven strength and stability the CB19 platform is known for.

Each vessel is powered by three MJP X350 waterjets and equipped with one Scania D16 and two Scania D13 engines, achieving speeds exceeding 30 knots. This setup delivers exceptional thrust, handling, and fuel efficiency, underscoring our commitment to continual technical advancement.

Among the key upgrades – just to name a few:

  • A new transducer systemcapable of operating at inclined angles, eliminating the need for special hull housings and reducing drag for improved hydrodynamic efficiency.
  • A refined fuel systemwhere each engine now has its own dedicated tank, improving balance and vessel stability, with the added convenience of a single filling point for faster bunkering operations.
  • Buffer tanks and upgraded flow metersnow enhance fuel monitoring accuracy and operational control.
  • A redesigned FIFI pump with a longer nose, improving water projection and eliminating deck splash.
  • An upgraded steering systemnow features a third hydraulic line for bleeding, improving steering precision and responsiveness.
  • The statics systemhas transitioned from electrical to mechanical operation, reducing electrical failures and simplifying maintenance.
  • Cooling lineshave been upgraded from galvanized steel to durable stainless steel for longer lifespan and reliability.
  • Smaller, more efficient searchlightsretain the same output while improving usability and reducing weight.
  • New life ringscapable of being thrown up to 30 meters, enhancing onboard safety readiness.
  • Bilge systemsnow feature cost-effective PVC materials in place of aluminium, improving efficiency and corrosion resistance.
  • Fuel line fittingshave been revised from stainless steel to Voss mild steel, reducing costs by over 70% without compromising performance.
  • And finally, the introduction of a remote-controlled intake systemadds operational convenience and precision to onboard management.

The CB19 V2.3 series represents the next step forward in design refinement and operational excellence. Every improvement, no matter how subtle, was made with purpose – to make each vessel smarter, lighter, faster, and more efficient.
